We have strict quality control systems which sees our team cup and score every roast everyday. All coffee must meet these high standards or it will not be dispatched. Because of this, we do not except returns on coffee. All merchandise, apparel, and/or coffee equipment purchases are under a 14 day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wanting a refund or exchange, please contact email@example.com with your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return.
Please return the goods within 14 day to Mother Melbourne, 4 Separation Street, Northcote VIC 3070 to receive a refund or exchange.
- We will not cover the return shipping charges.
